Lance Bond is an attorney and professional negotiator practicing in commercial real estate transactions, business formation, and DUI defense. Before opening his private practice in 2013, Lance spent four years with two Fortune 100 companies, including J.P. Morgan, negotiating and drafting real estate and business contracts. He has successfully negotiated business deals and resolved conflicts with many of the largest corporations in the United States. Lance also represents start-ups and established entrepreneurs with business formation, leasing, civil litigation, and resolving business conflicts. After taking a one-off DUI case, Lance developed a new area of interest. He realized the skills that make him a successful business negotiator are similar to the skills required for successful DUI defense. Whether it is a business or DUI matter, Lance’s professional negotiation skills and vigorous advocacy are essential to achieving a positive outcome.
As a veteran of the first Persian Gulf War, Lance credits his tireless work ethic to his 8-year service in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Kansas and has an emphasis in Business and Entrepreneurial Law from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. While in law school, Lance was one of only four students chosen to represent the school at the American Bar Association negotiating competition in St. Louis, Missouri. Lance enjoys archery, spending time with family, and watching his son play competitive league soccer and baseball.
